The Program of Excellence allows our athletes the opportunity to showcase and prepare for the National Collegiate Athletic Association, USPORTS, the Professional Canadian Women's Hockey League, as well as the Canada Women's national ice hockey team.

Has played competitive AA at Atom, PeeWee and Bantam levels, 2017 OWHA Gold Medal Provincial Champion, Bell Capital Cup PeeWee AA finalist, 2019 ODWHA champion, 2014-present Maplesoft Hawks AAA spring hockey, 2017 Pro Hockey AAA spring hockey, 2018 Nepean Eagles Flag Football (Running Back & Receiver), 2019 U14 tier 1 competitive West Carleton Talons soccer.
Honour roll student (above 90% average), 2019 Recipient of Academically Diverse Award (for achieving academic excellence in all subjects), Grade 8 school teams: football, volleyball, basketball, badminton, soccer, track & field, also enjoys kayaking, fishing and reading.
