Congratulations to the BCAA Wildcats for winning Gold at the 2019 Two Nations College Prep Series in Brampton (Nov 29- Dec 1).
It was truly a team effort as the girls ran the table going 6 and 0. The girls were clearly inspired by a visit from Sydney Francis who is rehabbing a serious knee injury. See you soon Syd!
The weekend was characterized by solid play in the d-zone, excellent goaltending and some timely highlight-reel goals. The team out scored their opponents 18-8 including a huge 2-1 win in the semis over an excellent Central York team and capping it off with a methodical 2-0 finals victory over Saugeen thus making the 7 plus hour drive home late Sunday evening (Monday morning for some) a little more bearable.
Congrats Cats!Read More
